Thank you for choosing Yellowtail Collectibles. We value your business and aim to provide the highest quality products. To ensure the integrity of our inventory and maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have established the following shipping and return policies:

Shipping Policy

The following shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping of products ordered through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Options include standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the method selected and the destination. By default, all items will be shipping using standard ground shipping with UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Other services can be made available, you can contact us ahead of time to make arrangements. 

2. Processing Time

Orders typically require 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, the weight of the items, and the destination. Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the lower contiguous 48 US States only. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on location or local regulations. We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the USA.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the event your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for information regarding the return and exchange of products. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing or shipped.

10. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

Return Policy 


1. Time Frame for Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (including weekends and holidays). Any request for return after this period will not be accepted, no exceptions.

2. Return Authorization:

All returns require prior authorization. You must contact our Customer Service team at orders@ytcollectibles.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and must be in the same condition as it was received. Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return. We may ask you to email us photos/video of the product for verification before processing any returns.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR COUNTERFEIT RETURNS:

Anyone trying to replace and return a counterfeit instead of an authentic item will be reported to the authorities and prosecuted fully to the extent of the law. Anyone attempting to return an item not bought from Yellowtail Collectibles, or swapping out figures/accessories, will be banned from future purchases and will be reported to the local authorities. 


Specific Conditions


1. Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returns. Returns without a receipt and a RMA # will not be processed.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:
- Open box items 
- Minor wear items
- Moderate wear items
- Manufacture defect (i.e paint smear/blemishes, loose joints)

3. Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.

4. Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item unless it was an error on our end. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and reliable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, or if the returned item is damaged during transit. We are not responsible for any damages that occurs to the product from the result of the shipping carrier.

Refund Processing


1. Inspection and Approval:

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will only be processed for items that meet all return conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Method:

Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 

Typically it takes between 3-5 business days for the funds to go back to your payment method. The time frame will depend on your payment provider. 

Additional Information


1. Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are not permitted. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item (subject to the return policy) and place a new order. You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the original item back to us and for the new replacement to be sent to you.

2. Return Exceptions:

We reserve the right to deny any return request if it does not meet our return policy criteria or if we suspect abuse of our return policy.
